The second cup must be assembled. Hit a cabinet along the right side of the room with a blast of magic to make some pieces appear, then use your magic to combine them into a cup that will plant itself on another saucer. Now you have only one cup left. You'll find it by heading to the lower right portion of the room. There, a bunch of cups are stacked along a wall.

Hit them with magic to make them fall and reveal a light pattern puzzle. Now stand in front of it and interact with it as Hermione. A series of light flashes follows, as usual. Solve the puzzle and you'll cause the pieces of the third cup to materialize. Use your magic to assemble it and you will produce a cutscene. Following that cutscene, you'll appear back in the circular, grassy courtyard.

The ghost will glide toward the back side and disappear through another doorway. This one is left of the one that you entered just a moment ago. Pass through that other opening, as indicated by the translucent blue arrow. You'll appear in the upper right corner of a familiar courtyard area.
